Rusted Gears

Johnson City, TX Series #4. A black and white of some rusty gears hanging on a wall. There are things hanging everywhere in this place, which I'll probably show in another photo.

What attracted me to these gears is that each one had a different color and texture. The wall also had a lot of bumps, cracks and stains. I decided to go black and white to showcase the texture over the rusty colors.

Ship Cleats

This is another photo from my San Diego trip. These are what the ship was tied to, and I think they're called cleats. This is in keeping with my recent trend of photographing gritty, worn things. Also, I like stars!

BBQ Rust

The rust collected on my fiance's old camping BBQ, which we call R2-D2 because of the little round shape of it. I don't know why I've been so interested in rusty, worn out, damaged things.
